General Terms & Conditions

• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside all vehicles.
  
  
• Lost Property: Fairway Transport is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Items left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the client.
  
  
• Overtime Charges: Overtime (if available) is billed in half-hour increments. Ensure adequate time is reserved to avoid additional charges.
  
  
• Replacement Vehicles: In the event of a breakdown or major repair, a replacement vehicle may be provided.
  
  
• Cleanup Fees: A fee will be charged for cleanup due to bodily fluids, vomit, or similar incidents.
  
  
• Damage Responsibility: The responsible party will be charged for damages caused to the vehicle’s interior or exterior.
  
  
• Payment Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards in AED.
  
  
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

Booking Policy

• Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  
  
• Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include cash, card, and bank transfers.
  
  
• Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a percentage advance payment, with confirmation sent via email or WhatsApp.

Children Policy

• Age Limit: Children under 11 years must be supervised by an adult for most recreational activities in the UAE. Age policies may vary by booking type.
  
  
• Amenities: Complimentary amenities like car seats or high chairs are available upon request.
  
  
• Free Entry: Children under 2-3 years often enjoy free entry at most attractions, while children aged 3-12 qualify for discounted tickets.

   

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds: Payments are refundable at Fairway’s discretion.
• Rescheduling: Allowed only if requested 48 hours before the scheduled booking and subject to availability.
• Cancellations: Must be submitted 48 hours prior to avoid full charges.

Responsible Party The designated responsible party is accountable for all obligations under this contract. They will manage all directions, special requests, and additional services. This includes liability for damages, charges, and fulfillment of special requests made on behalf of passengers and guests.
