The Viano and Vito have been replaced in the lineup by the Mercedes-Benz V-Class. The gasoline-powered V-Class was introduced in the GCC in 2017. In 2018, nothing changed. Its 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is connected to a 7-speed automated transmission.
With several airbags for the driver and passengers, as well as optional features like Collision Prevention Assist and Distronic Plus, safety requirements are high. Additionally, it has a lane-tracking system, blind spot assistance, stability control, and traction control.
